Army of Northern Virginiaᅠ #11019246
Description
The Army of Northern Virginia was the primary military force of the Confederate States of America in the Eastern Theater of the American Civil War. It was also the primary command structure of the Department of Northern Virginia. It was most often arrayed against the Union Army of the Potomac. It's now 1863, the Army of Northern Virginia is about to face by far the deadliest battle in U.S. History at Gettysburg. Although outnumbered, General R.E. Lee still has a chance at success, will this battle defeat the Potomac army and leave D.C. open to confederate hands? Or will this be a turning point of the war.
