[HIRE IS FREE ] | Official Staff Team “Protecting the Roleplay Experience for London Roleplay .” MISSION STATEMENT Our mission is to provide a high-quality, realistic, and rule-abiding environment for all players in our ER:LC private server. This group is the central hub for staff coordination and internal announcements. STAFF GUIDELINES Communication: Check the Group Shout and Group Wall daily for shift schedules and server updates. Conduct: Maintain a neutral stance during player disputes. High-ranking members are expected to lead by example. Activity: Active participation in in-game sessions is mandatory. Failure to attend shifts without notice may result in a rank review. RANKING INFORMATION Executive Board: Senior leadership and server ownership. Administrator: Responsible for staff training and major disciplinary actions. Moderator: On-the-ground enforcement and player assistance. Trial Staff: New recruits undergoing evaluation.
