Description
Construida originalmente en el siglo XVI por la familia D. la capilla gótica, de 500 años de antigüedad, fue concebida como un santuario religioso privado en el que se congregaban prominentes familias españolas para rezar. Uno de los centros culturales más respetados de Santo Domingo y República Dominicana. En la actualidad el Alcázar de Colón alberga el museo Alcázar de Cristobal C. un museo de arte que resguarda la colección de arte europeo más importante del Caribe. Admira las pinturas y tapices medievales y renacentistas del siglo XV. Desde la terraza, puedes observar la vista panorámica de Santo Domingo.
