Specialized Control Unit > Heavy Control Unit Division The Heavy Control Unit are deployed during world-ending cases or during heavy riots and all foundation combatives are in need of assistance. The HCU are the best of the best, being equippted with heavy armor and weaponry to deal with these cases. The divison is authorized to personnel that are the most dedicated operatives within the SCU. Invite/Tryout only.
