Description

The Serpent's Hand is a formidable organization which seems to be growing at a fast rate, and is responsible for a number of security breaches. The group embraces the use and existence of paranormal items, and in particular embraces humanoid and sapient anomalous objects. In which, they also seek to protect. The Serpent's Hand is an umbrella term, which name is derived from the Serpent of the Library. The Serpent's Hand was originally formed by patrons of the Library who sought to protect the library from external threats by any means. As time progressed more cells of this group emerged, with the same goal of the protection of the Library, its patrons and vast source of knowledge. These cells operate on a variety of worlds, realities and dimensions. The cells of The Serpent's Hand answer to a centralized power known as the Mandatum and The Commander.
