The Command Initiative, or SCCI, is the spearhead of Sleet Clan's authoritative infrastructure, directing the future for clan's welfare. Legislature integrated in this officer communications complex drafts the path in which the community takes to improve upon all encompassing aspects. As the masterminds behind Sleet Clan, the initiative strives to transform the clan universe from the inside out. SCCI is the operating Council group of the clan. The future does not belong to time; it belongs in the hands of the Sleet.
