Description
The Rizali Defense Forces - Hukbong Katihan ## Rizali - Mission Statement: To protect the Republic of Rizal and her people with honesty, integrity, humility and honor. The Rizali Defense Forces was disbanded and reformed under the communist regime that overtook the country in the 1940s. At the end of the communist regime a democratic government was installed in the 1980s which reinstated the Rizali Defense Forces.
