Description
𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑-𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐄 The Under-Empire is in actuality a loose confederation of smaller clan-based kingdoms that are only tied together by their utter belief in the Horned Rat, and the tyrannical ruling of the Council of Thirteen. From the mere labour of the thrallrats or the devouring march of the clanrats hordes to the cunning schemes of the warlords, all this can be seen here. Join our community for more information.
