[For the RPG But a Whisper] Current objective: Eliminate the mutants resulting from the various radiation produced mutagens and CETER experiments The United Colonial Alliance is a scattered group of colonies mainly in western Asia and southern Europe. They have a democratic system where they elect a mayor for each settlement as well as a Prime Minister for the group as a whole. Individual colonies have their own laws mostly independent from the alliance, similar to what was once called the United States.
