{The Japanese Democratic Socialist Party} There is to be a Chairmen, and a Deputy Chairmen. All members in the Government besides Deputy Directors are required to join a Political Party. Thus, when voting for laws occurs, the numbers of members in this political party will obtain more seats when voting. This means that if there is only 20 seats in the government building, and there is 10 members in this party, this party will take up half of the seats voting during laws.
