C𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐈𝐎: The Canadian Training and Doctrine Command, or more commonly known as TRADOC, is the program in which Sergeants are turned into Drill Instructors to convert civilians into soldiers. TRADOC is essential to the operation of Canada, as it leads to the training and enlistment program. TRADOC is also in charge of creating outlines for training and guidelines for soldiers. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 𝐄𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓: To join TRADOC, you must be a Corporal+.
