[THIS FACTION HAS BEEN CREATED SPECIFICALLY TO BE USED IN TRAINING OPERATIONS CONDUCTED BY THE FEDERAL GROUND DEFENCE FORCES] The Noobic Peoples Republic (Or North Noobia) is an unrecognised state held up by militia's located in the northern border regions between the Federal Republic of Noobia (West) and the Noobic Stratocracy (East), with a majority of it's claimed territories currently being occupied by the Eastern forces. The North Noobians, although heavily limited on supplies, are known to be highly resourceful and specialise in the use of guerrilla tactics against it's enemies, siphoning and utilising equipment from both sides of the Noobic War.
