Description
CIO will undergo changes in the late spring and early summer. CIO will get a new logo, rank's, title and trainings will be restored. The trainings will be consist Of swords, Guns, coordination, strategy, Formations and movement. A Council will be formed afterwards to control and lead the group. HR'S will be chosen not automatically given. This group will undergo raids against other groups as soon as the everything at the top of this message gets settled.
