Description
Maharlika "Pearl of the Orient Seas" Maharlika is a Revolutionary Government organized and created by Filipino Revolutionaries in Tondo, Manila in 1892. In an attempt to unbind itself of colonial identity, it was decided to name the newly born Sovereign State "Maharlika". The Maharlikan Government would later adapt to Constitutional Monarchy while the Government itself is a Revolutionary one.
