Gangneung Taxi 제1조(목적) 이 법은 택시운송사업의 발전에 관한 사항을 규정함으로써 택시운송사업의 건전한 발전을 도모하여 택시운수종사자의 복지 증진과 국민의 교통편의 제고에 이바지함을 목적으로 한다. 제2조(정의) 이 법에서 사용하는 용어의 뜻은 다음과 같다. 1. “택시운송사업”이란 「여객자동차 운수사업법」 제3조제1항제2호에 따른 구역(區域) 여객자동차운송사업 중 다음 각 목의 여객자동차운송사업을 말한다. 가. 일반택시운송사업: 운행계통을 정하지 아니하고 국토교통부령으로 정하는 사업구역에서 1개의 운송계약에 따라 국토교통부령으로 정하는 자동차를 사용하여 여객을 운송하는 사업 나. 개인택시운송사업: 운행계통을 정하지 아니하고 국토교통부령으로 정하는 사업구역에서 1개의 운송계약에 따라 국토교통부령으로 정하는 자동차 1대를 사업자가 직접 운전(사업자의 질병 등 국토교통부령으로 정하는 사유가 있는 경우는 제외한다)하여 여객을 운송하는 사업
