The Ordinators of Mawhold were a specialized heavy-infantry division of the Mawblades of the Void Empire. Mostly, these Ordinators were born Dark Elves, natives to Morrowind. And have been indoctrinated or willingly converted to the Void. The Ordinators are respected throughout the planes they inhabit, and with the powers of the Void they are even more powerful.
