GROUP OF INTEREST 41 "RAINBOW" OVERVIEW RAINBOW is a black-ops, NATO Funded organization with no known motive. There are multiple departments that make up RAINBOW. The main dept is combative. The organization will capture, eliminate, contain, and or utilize any anomalous / paranormal threat that threatens it's political agenda. RAINBOW offers a well-organized form of political asylum or employment to those it deems fit. The military portion of the GOI consists of two teams. Team-One and Team-Two. Team-One are standard enlisted personnel made mainly due to its numbers. Team-Two's purpose is [REDACTED.] Team-Two will always hold a higher rank than Team-One. [LR] E-1 - 6 [MR] E-6 - 8 [HR] E-8 - Captain [Rainbow Intelligence Service is Off Limits.] RAINBOW shares the same sort of allies and enemies with the GOC and the SCPF. However, RAINBOW mainly tries to be neutral to all GOIs except those it sees as a threat. RAINBOW will switch allies and enemies at any given moment. END LOG.
