However, these men unlike other standard "Druzhina" infantry that Ivan IV and his Nobility called upon where exclusive to the Tsar. They used a variety of different weaponry; however, they are most famous for the usage of the Arquebus & Axe. They were comparable at the time to the more famous Landsknechts, an elite class of German mercenaries serving the Emperor. Nonetheless, the Streltsy like the Landsknechts where Loyal, formidable, and disciplined. Serving under the Tsar, they are his Iron fists against the Tyranny that corrupts Russia's borders, namely in Poland, Kazan, the Ottoman Empire, and various other states. The Tsar seeks to rid the world of these powerful forces, with the first punches being made with the Streltsy infantry.
