Belophoroi #111457726
Description
𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐑𝐎𝐈 ───────────── The Belophoroi were the Arrow-Bearers — the watchful eyes of Rhodos, whose arrows reached where no spear could follow. Before the Epilektoi raised their shields or the Aniketoi lowered their lances, the Belophoroi had already begun the killing. No man was counted among them for strength alone. A steady hand, a patient eye, and the discipline to loose only when commanded were worth more than a hundred careless arrows. Their worth was measured not by how many they struck, but by how few they wasted. They fought beneath the sun of Helios, their bowstrings drawn in silence, their arrows darkening the sky before the enemy heard the first cry. From the walls of Rhodos to foreign shores, their reach was feared. The Epilektoi were the shield. The Eklektoi were the blade. The Aniketoi were the wrath. The Belophoroi were the judgment. For death did not always come with the sound of marching feet. Sometimes, it came without a sound at all. ─────────────
