New Founding Fathers of America is an American Political Party that has established a new government and a police state, following economic collapse and rising social unrest, Within the following year of the new government's establishment, the NFFA begins to devise a plan to help stabilize American society. With successful social tests during the Staten Island Incident, The NFFA makes the new 28th Amendment to the U.S Constitution. The 28th Amendment established one night a year- A nationwide event called "The Purge" in which every and all major crime within the United States of America is legal for 12 hours for one day a year. All police, medical, and emergency systems are unavailable until 7 AM the next morning. All Government Officials ranking above levels 10 are immune during The Purge, making the powerful untouched.
