Description
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐞 is one of the nine Holds of Skyrim, located in the north-central region of Skyrim and extends to the north coast, where Dawnstar is situated. The capital city is known for it's rich mines and harbor, but most of the region outside of Dawnstar resides in perpetual snow and ice. The treacherous cold makes the land sparsely populated, along with the likes of Winterhold and Windhelm. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ⚔ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Much of the land is scattered with forests that stand to face the harsh winds whipping down the mountains and snow dwelling creatures. Only in the southernmost part of the hold towards Whiterun does the harsh terrain abate and become grassy plains.
