Description
The Powder Gangers are a group of escaped convicts who broke free from the shackles of the NCR for various crimes and one day plan for payback against the NCR. They have claimed the area around the NCRCF as their own territory. They are known for using the explosive tool dynamite, as a lethal weapon.
