This is done by holding multiple valuable resources such as a dark matter reactor and large solar panels. Following the date of October 31st, 1974, in which Site Delta's electrical grid was mysteriously destroyed creating a facility-wide breach, Site Delta switched from energy and pursued biogenetics. This lead to the creations of multiple highly dangerous entities, which must all be held within the top secret Site Delta.
