15th Brigade The 15th Brigade is one of six active brigades of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force. The brigade is subordinated to the Western Army and is headquartered in Naha, Okinawa. Its responsibility is the defense of Okinawa Prefecture. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Background: With CIA intelligence suggesting a imminent invasion by the PLA. The 15th Brigade stations its troops on the Island of Kumejima. However the invasion took all of Japan by storm.
