We care about our officers, even if they are Low Ranks (LRs), so don't expect to see 6,000 recruits and 10 HRs. No profanity, spamming, or hacking allowed... In other words, keep it professional. This is a fairly new group so expect major changes. Try to get as many people to join as possible. You can only get ranked up by training or being a good team member unless further notified.
