Description
Providence was an extremely powerful shadow government that controlled all of the world's affairs, having influential operatives all over the globe. Starting as a collaboration between three influential dynasties, and later, Cold War spymaster Janus, Providence was formed in 1945 by ###### ######### ####### ###### and Eckhart Stuyvesant--the first iteration of the Partners. The second and last known Partner collective consisted of Marcus Stuyvesant, #### ####### and ##### ######### ######### the founders' descendants.
