WOOL Program (World Order Operation Fifty) #112731054
Description
World Order Operation Fifty (W.O.O.L.) is the highest-level continuity program ever established. Conceived in response to an impending global extinction event, the program was designed to ensure the survival of the human race through the construction and operation of 50 independent underground survival facilities, known as Silos. Each Silo functions as a completely self-sustaining civilization with its own government, agriculture, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and security systems. Isolated from one another, the Silos are intended to preserve humanity for generations while the Earth's surface remains uninhabitable.

Growth history is still building. We hold one measurement for this entry. A trend needs at least two, taken days apart — so this will fill in on its own rather than being estimated. We do not publish numbers we have not measured.
