Description

The Special Projects Department is the organization responsible for fabricating and developing ideas that the Manufacturing and Technology Services deem to be too exotic, dangerous or potentially dangerous to the general publics view of the parent company, Apollo Biomedical Research Corporation. Only the most experienced and trusted ABRC researchers and security personnel get assigned to SPD black sites, almost always undergoing genetic modification to install multiple kill agents to add extra incentive to safeguard sensitive data. The department itself and the programs officially do not exist, according to ABRC records.
