[The Euphoria Initiative] The Euphoria Initiative is the swag division of Vaktovia, made up of some of the finest talents. The EI has produced some of Vaktovia’s most swaggiest and most used places including Dologan's Memorial and the failed Vaktus' Palace. As well as producing frequent Architecture, Scripting, Artwork and Media Productions the EI is responsible for producing the annual Vaktovian Euphoric and Swagalicious Games. [How to enlist] The Euphoria Initiative is a very exclusive and prestigious division, therefore the EI only accepts people with outstanding talent and the most expensive fedoras.
