House BoIton of the Dreadfort The Dreadfort has been under the yoke of the Boltons for hundreds of years, their lines descending from the First Men, back to the time of Heroes. House BoIton has mostly been regarded for its practice of flaying prisoners of war which was outlawed in Westeros for many years. BoIton bannermen are obligated to provide military support to their liege lord.
