A small but formidable organization, following a violent reunification, it has grown from a group of cells to a sizable threat. Under the leadership of The Prophet and his Balance, The Serpents Hand continues to march towards its goal, cleansing reality of both the Jailors and the Bookburners. We are the Serpent's Hand. We are a movement, unified by a common belief: That humanity and all the other peoples of the known worlds do not deserve to be kept in darkness and ignorance. We will free those you keep imprisoned. We will rescue those you try to kill. The Garden is the Serpent's place. We are the Serpent's Hand.
