The Village: They are low class citizens of the Empire, they have the freedom like any other normal citizens do and they are treated fairly. Village of the rich: They are either high class citizens or people who are rich enough to live here, this is just a normal Village but just people are rich and sometimes not nice, but they are still treated fairly. Government territory: There is not much known about this state other than the government have meetings here, only Government Official are permitted to enter this state, sometimes people try to raid this state.
