𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐚 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Satsuma Domain, also known as the Kagoshima Domain, was a feudal domain in Japan during the Edo period. It was located in the Satsuma province, which is now part of Kagoshima Prefecture in southern Kyushu. The domain was ruled by the Shimazu clan, one of the most powerful and influential clans in Japan at the time. The Satsuma Domain played a key role in the Meiji Restoration of 1868, which marked the end of the feudal era in Japan and the beginning of the modern era. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Repurposing.
