【HHCL Prospect League Est. 7/9/14】 ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ Rules: 1. You CANNOT be on an HHCL Majors team and play in this league. 2. To own a team you must have clearance by the Majors team Owner. 3. Max Team players are 15 but only 10 can be on bench during a game.(Minimum 5 players per team) 4. Signs/Cuts/Trades must come through me in a PM. 5. Any Player signed to an Organization cannot be signed to another HHCL Organization and play Majors for them. 6.
