Officer's Academy [RC] DO NOT JOIN IF YOU ARE NOT A Sergeant First Class. Robloxian Military Coalition Officer Academy. [Founder: Gabriel_Pendragon] [Director: to be decided] All Robloxian Coalition High-ranks must pass all five stages if they seek promotion to an officer. Once you complete you must wait for four others to complete for a graduation ceremony. You will go through these Phases: 1.) Basic understanding of grammar. 2.) Leadership skills and how to lead a squad. 3.) Basic understanding of combat, whether it be sword fighting or basic firearms training. 4.) A basic understanding of the layout our military bases. 5.) You will host two supervised trainings and lead a battalion during one raid. Once you have finished this academy you will become will go through a ceremony where you swear your loyalty to the emperor. Only then will you be promoted to a Major
