Description
The People's Militia was founded in 1949 a few years after WWII after veterans coming home saw how mistreated they were. They formed an insurgency, with suspected American backing and influence, which paralyzed the paramilitary forces that were sent in to crush the insurgency. After raiding and razing all paramilitary installations across the republic; the government conceded. They granted the demands of the WWII veterans, gave mass amnesty, and made the insurgency leader the effective Grand Marshal of their militia with practically zero oversight. Which lead to of course, mass corruption, embezzlement of funds, and common reports of Militiamen extorting the local businesses. Grand Marshal occupies the 'Government Administration' Role
