If you say no, they might track you and you know. If you say yes, they will ask you to do harmful things to yourself and eventually lead you to you know what. Ignore them, do not block them, they will track you. Do not attempt to troll them, you don't know what they can do, and neither do I. Take this warning SERIOUSLY and ensure your safety. If you have DC, you can disable the permission to add you as a friend or talk to you while you are not friends with that person.
