𝟴𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗗 𝗚𝗨𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗬 "Onward, to victory!" "Вперед, к победе!" ──────────────────────── The Soviet 𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 was formed from the 62nd Army in May 1943 and received Guards status in recognition of its actions in the Battle of Stalingrad.
