Project-22 was established and specialized on caring for Euclid Level anomalies. They were a construction site for Site-72, but moved to Site-19 due to multiple issues occurring within the site. Project-22 is also known for being a top secret organization that is partnered with the S.C.P Foundation. The S.C.P Foundation is an anomaly organization that carries multiple certain anomalies, from objects to creatures.
