Description
The Republic of Texas (1836-1845) declared its independence from Mexico, controlling the eastern part of modern-day Texas. Following the decisive victory at the battle of San Jacinto, Mexican general Santa Anna surrendered to the Texan rebels. Texas would keep its independence for about 10 years before being annexed by the United States. MOTTO- "Remember the Alamo!" Currency- Star notes Currently applying for membership in the Para Bellum community.
