Here is the promotian chart Private = JOIN GROUP! Corporal = Stay in the group for two weeks. Sergeant = Be active within the Group. Staff Sergeant = Show initiative and potential to be a higher rank. Lieutenant 1-4 = Successful fulfillment of the Sergeant rank in the eyes of the squad leaders Captain 1-4 = Successful fulfillment of the Lieutenant rank for at least 2 weeks. General = Successful fulfillment of the Captain Rank and exceptional work in their squad. Must have one month of experience as a Captain Founder = Successful fulfillment of the General position for at least a month. They must prove to have performed exceptional work as general and have growth in their squads. Division Leader = Get Hand picked by the Senior Director.
