This group is made for meetings and discussions that are a matter to Black Hawk Brigade. Only the most intelligent and experienced members in BHB are to join. The max is 15 members, but it will most likely stay below that number. You can only become a Councilor by invitation. If you ask to be one to the Head of Council you will be banned. You may get recommended by a Councilor. -The Head of Council may decide whether any Councilors get exiled at any moment. -The Senior Council may decide whether any Junior Councilors get exiled at any moment through voting. -The Junior Councilors become Senior Councilors as soon as they become HR in Black Hawk Brigade. The maximum amount of Seniors(this includes the Overlord) is 9. The maximum amount of Juniors(MRs only) is 5. EVERY decision made by Council has to be passed by Head Of Council to become official.
