Description

The German invasion of Denmark Operation Weserübung was a German attack on Denmark on 9 April 1940, during the Second World War. The attack was a prelude to the invasion of Norway. Denmark's strategic importance for Germany was limited. Denmark Tried its hardest to defend from the German Army but after 6 hours of bloodshed Denmark had fallen into the hands of Germany. the Danish Campaign Had ended.
