Description
Jacobstown was a pre-war Ski Resort that was later renamed to jacobstown by a wandering super mutant in 2281, after this event many mutant refugees would come to jacobstown seeking a way to hide themselves from the humans who were not fond of the mutants. The people who founded jacobstown was Tabitha and Marcus, who would later leave to form the State of Utobitha another mutant who also helped the place. But this peaceful society would later be harassed by the New California Republic.
