The Irish Volunteers were a militia formed after the Ulster Volunteers formed, which the Ulster Volunteers were to protect their rights in the North of Ireland, officially named Ulster. The Irish Volunteers were to protect the original Irish people who lived on the island before the English Settlers replaced them across the island, mainly Ulster.
