Description
The Outer Rim was an expansive set of star belts, space; and small UNSC colonies featuring the largest amount of hostile alien forces known, for this purpose the UNSC highly avoids the Outer Rim, and colonies within the Outer Rim are left to their own defenses, with minor assistance from the UNSC.
