UPDATE: As of 23/10/2014, The Royal Guards is now in hibernation until I get motivation to actually start. The Veloxic empire royal guards are tasked with protection of the royalties and our director of the veloxic empire, not only is VE tasked with protecting our HiCOM, they are tasked to protect the royal guards high ranks, and also they are to come in as VE's "biggest elite force" We are, and always will be the most elite division of VE. H3+ is a "HiCOM/royalty" and they will be accepted in.
