Description
The Dutch States Army was created in 1568 to fight the army of the Spanish Netherlands during the Eighty Years War. Known for its multiple army reforms done by its leaders that benefited it, the army has participated in countless campaigns and battles throughout its existence. During the Thirty Years War, the Dutch Army is responsible for assisting various Protestent nation leaders and army leaders alike, as well its many military actions against Spain.
