𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗔𝗡 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗣𝗦 ▬▬▬▬▬ -- INFORMATION -- ▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Human Marine Corps is the largest service branch in the armed forces of the United Earth Republic of the Mantle and serves as the backbone of the military, providing the defense of human colonies alongside being the first line of protection for Earth against extraterrestrial attacks. The HMC is also the branch that spearheads offensive military operations on foreign planets and works alongside the Navy in order to take control of any hostile star systems. Besides their usage for combat operations off of Earth, they can also be deployed for domestic affairs if the Insurrection Act is invoked by the Colonial Governor.
