[FSM] Federal Civil Defense Administration #1173581
Description
■■■■■▬▬ Federal Civil Defense Administration ▬▬■■■■■ The Federal Civil Defense Administration (FCDA) was created by the United States on December 1st 1942, and became an official government agency via the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950. Throughout this time, Micronesia was left as a territory of the United States, until it was invaded by the Japanese. After being recaptured by American forces in 1944, the FCDA helped to set up a temporary government on Micronesia with the UN until a civilian one was elected. On November 3rd 1986, Micronesia became independent and with the help of the United Nations and USA, established its own FCDA built from the old facilities used by the military government during WW2. _________________________________________________________________________________ [GUIDE] Not Done.
